Cancellation Policy
There is a grace period of 10 minutes after your appointment time, after 10 minutes youre considered a no-show. 50% of the service amount will be charged to the card on file upon a no-show. Late cancelations will be 25% of the service amount.
After a no show the 50% MUST be paid before being allowed to rebook with me.
